Due to its size the VisionRacer VR3 ships on a freight carrier. We will ship it to you within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Once the VR3 ships we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your purchase. It is imperative that someone be home at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for your VisionRacer VR-3. The freight company will call you to schedule the delivery. We will need 2 phone numbers for the freight company. Although you provided ebay with phone numbers when you signed up for your account, ebay does not forward them to us. Once your item ships we will send tracking numbers to the email address on file with ebay. We try very hard to keep you up to date on the the whole process, however our communication can only be as good as the information we receive about you from eBay.
